Creatine is the best studied nutritional supplement.  It’s also inexpensive!  Creatine has been a game-changer for me.  If you are lifting with the goal to get stronger and build muscle, you need a creatine supplement.  5g in your BCAA (or intra-workout drink) per day is all you need.  It helps with muscle growth and recovery.
