Hello Homeschooling Mom!

 

Being a homeschooling mom of 4 myself, I know how tight time can be.  For me, preparing lessons, assignments and projects takes time, in addition to all the other stuff that being a mother entails.  The more kids – the more it entails.

Whew!

For me, it was very difficult to find the time to take care of myself.  It was almost impossible until I woke up one day pre-diabetic with high blood pressure.

Not fun.

It was a great motivator for me though :).

Trust me, you don’t want to get to that point.

In order for us to teach and take care of our children, we need to teach ourselves how to take care of us.  A healthy and happy mom, makes for happy and healthy kids and a healthy and happy homeschool environment.

I get it.  I do.  There is no time to pack up all the kids everyday and take them to the gym.  Welp, I don’t have time for that either.  In fact, when I did just that – I felt that we were not getting enough learning time in the day.

This is when I began clean eating and doing 30-minute at-home workouts.

It’s not only possible, but IT CAN be done – and you can still maintain your homeschool just as before.

Check out some of the fitness programs that I have done.  I lost 80+ pounds, I lowered my blood pressure, I lowered my A1C, I got healthier – and my kids are still being educated fully.

It’s a win-win!
