An Introduction to Clean Eating – Free 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge

What is Clean Eating?

Instead of obsessing over not eating one thing or another, Clean Eating concentrates more on the path that the food takes from its origin to your plate.   Clean eating is eating whole foods (real foods) that are minimally  or un-processed.  It’s the goal to eat foods in as natural form as possible.  In our challenge, we will limit breads, white rice, and maximize fruits, whole grains, vegetables and lean meats.  We will stay away from foods that have refined sugars or are processed.   During this 7 days, we will concentrate on making healthy DIY recipes that will be amazing additions to your household.


Why Participate in the Clean Eating Challenge?

  • You are an avid clean eater, but would like to add to your repertoire of meal ideas and recipes.
  • You need a way to make some simple changes to improve the health and wellness of your family.

The Details

I am doing a 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge starting Monday July 21st.  Upon signing up, I will add you to a private Facebook Group.  On Friday, I will publish a shopping list.  On Sunday, I will be begin publishing the weeks recipes and meal plans (breakfast, lunch and dinner).  You just follow the meal plans and reap the benefits.

      Well, if you want to learn more, you should join the challenge. I put together a great vegetarian menu. For dinner on Monday is Clean Mac and Cheese that I am sure the kids would love. In fact, they won’t even know it’s healthy.
