If you haven’t noticed, I do different things at different times.  I really loved the keto diet.  I’m not doing it now because I have some serious goals, and being ultra-low carb is counter productive (at the moment), but when keto I felt fantastic.  I had tons of energy and I just felt clean.

    • No problem. Keto is ultra low carb. Whole 30 is more like paleo. They limit carbs. I have never done Whole 30, but I think it’s a great start to a whole food diet. There isn’t anything wrong with it. I think it’s a bit more user friendly than Keto. Keto is pretty strict and not for the faint of heart. But once you get it, and feel the effects of it, you will want to keep doing it. I think it’s a great diet, just for living a healthy care free lifestyle.
