Rock ‘N Learn is so simple and adaptable.  One thing I love about Rock ‘N Learn is that the systems that they develop are not only affective, but allow you to adapt the program to your child.

Here is a program that makes it easy to learn 80 words and phrases in Italian, French, Spanish, Chinese, German, and English.  You simply select the language right from the main menu.  Your child will learn numbers, colors, phrases, and more!  You can go as slow or fast as your want.  Need to repeat a lesson?  It’s all controllable from the main menu.

There are a few things I love about this program…

  • Incremental development.  This is what we use with our Saxon Math program, and it works so well for my kids.  You learn, you learn again, and build upon the knowledge slowly over time.  For our family, it’s the way they learn best.  In the Rock ‘N Learn program, they  introduce furniture first by saying it twice (staircase, sofa, chair, etc).  Then, at the end, they review what your child has learned.  Then, they introduce colors (white, brown, etc).  Then, they introduce phrases which says the color of the furniture.   They also do this with numbers.  By the time the kids get to the phrases part, they are excited to understand!  It’s a positive program.
  • It’s fun!  Through graphics and humor, kids are learning and growing.
  • 6 different languages on the DVD.  Your kids can choose what they want to learn.  It’s a good jumping off point for more complex grammar.
  • Adaptable.  You can create games, projects, and activities based on what they are learning that day/week.

For just $19.95, the Rock ‘N Learn – Learn a language is a great value.

You can visit Rock ‘N Learn here, and learn about their collection of reading, math, science, language curriculum and more!
