Summer Bodies are Made in the Winter. Are you Ready?

Summer bodies are made in the winter #health #fitness

You know, with a real lifestyle change, it only takes a few months to get a noticeable result.

Here, I wanted to be less lumpy and bumpy. It sounds funny, I know. A few months of an easy dietary plan of whole foods and zero supplements, and less than 30 minutes of training – all of it focused on reducing fat and creating a more healthy lifestyle, I was not only able to lose more than 20 lbs but also cut INCHES off my abs, hips, butt and thighs.  Those are the most difficult areas for me to lose fat.

We are coming to the winter and this is the time to do it.

Who wants to model a smaller size in April? Who is like me and wants to get into a regular pair of jeans? Who is ready to feel good when they look in the mirror? Who is ready to be proud of the body they created?

Easy eating, minimal but effective workouts – and the support you need to get into that smaller size and finally be thrilled by the person you see in the mirror.

  1. You look great, keep up the good work! Finding a consistent workout routine is hard for me, especially in winter because of my joint pain. Thanks for hosting Mommy Monday Blog Hop, always a great party!
