Tuna is versatile, you can make great meals easily! If I don’t have to cook a tuna steak, I won’t. I have four kids, I homeschool, I train, I have a famaily and I’m busy. I do not have time to mess around.
I don’t particularly like getting meat out of a can, because it tends to be processed and have a lot of additives and salt. That’s why I love Safe Catch Tuna. In addition it’s wild caught, has 35g of amazing healthy protein, has tons of Omega-3’s, and tastes delicious! It’s the perfect addition to guacamole, tuna fish sandwiches, tuna salad and more!
I have used it in so many yummy recipes, and is the perfect addition to my strict low-carb lifestyle.
In fact, last month, I made a wonderful Tuna Pomodoro with Safe Catch. It was excellent!
When I saw they came out with seasoned varieties, I had to check it out! Cajun, garlic and herb, and more will add dimension and taste to plan tuna fish sandwiches!
I made an excellent low-carb recipe with Cajun seasoned safe catch and swiss chard, the healthiest greens available, with tons of magnesium and potassium – the perfect compliment to my low carb diet.
