Valentine’s Day Pass-out Card Printable for the Middle Reader

Valentines day passout card for middle readers
For Valentine’s Day, give the love of books.  Here is a free printable for Valentines Day Bookmark Pass-out cards for your middle reader (grades 3-5).  Just print them out on card stock, make a hole (with a hole puncher) on the top and thread with ribbon or yarn.  Place the child’s name on the top and have your son or daughter sign the bottom.

I have added a few very fun book recommendations that the kids and I love. I think other kids will enjoy them as well.

Download the Valentine’s Day Pass-out Card for your Middle Reader here.

If you download and use these Valentine’s Day Bookmarks, please come back and let me know! I would love to hear from you.

  5. Very cute. Perfect for my son. He’s in 4th grade. Thanks for stopping by Countdown in Style. I hope to see you on Friday to see if you were featured!

  6. Nice Valentine’s printable! I like to give books for events too. I never give a card and instead give a book (after all they cost the same and are actually cheaper if you buy your book from a second hand store). I sign the inside, give well wishes and instead of wasting paper there’s a recycled book and we’re improving the mind of one you love!
