Wanting to Lose Weight Affordably and Safely without Supplements? Check This Out!

#weightloss training and eating groups forming now

This is me in February 2014, I had high blood pressure and was pre-diabetic. This is me today (well, yesterday) July 19, 2016.  I don’t have high blood pressure and I am not pre-diabetic. In the middle of  this, I had gotten pregnant, had a baby, and breastfed for a year.

Personally speaking, being 300 lbs, it’s extremely difficult to think about losing weight.  Besides it being really difficult to change (I was a serious over eater, so I know), it’s hard to exercise with all the extra weight.

I mean, fat flopping around, it’s undignified, uncomfortable, and just plain hard.

The skinny people just don’t get it.  They want six packs.  I want to lose 130 lbs. and be able to shop in regular size stores.

The goals are different.

It’s hard wading though all the different stuff, the meal plans, with the expensive $130-$200 a month in supplements.  It’s not only out of touch, but out of reach for someone like me.  I have 4 kids, we live on one income, and I homeschool.

Yeah, I could do it for a few months, but it’s just not sustainable.  So, after the first few months – after I lose 20 lbs. – what then?

Does it Take Work?

Yeah, it does.  I’m not going to lie and tell you that I didn’t have to train or change my diet, because I did.  I’m not going to lie and tell you I did this in two months, because I didn’t.  I’m also not going to lie and tell you that I’m done, because I’m not.

It takes work, it takes change, it takes dedication, and it takes education.

Not only do I look better and feel better, I am healthier on the inside.  My blood pressure is stellar.  My A1C and bad cholesterol are at an all time low.

I am energetic, happy with life, and happy with myself.

Group forming NOW!

I am forming a Facebook group which is solely dedicated to women who want to lose weight.  In this group, I will teach you what I have done, motivate you to stay on track, post fact based nutrition information to keep you on the top of the game on how to eat for fat loss, and post training videos that you can do at home in 4-20 minutes which focus solely on fat loss.

To be successful, YES, you will need to eat well.  To be successful, YES, you need to train for 5-30 minutes a day (7-days a week).  For the training portion, all you will need is a jump rope and a few sets of weights.

Are you Interested?

Get in while the getting is good – and extremely cheap.  Contact me HERE and tell me your weight loss goals.

  3. You look fabulous! I wanted you to know you have helped inspire me… I have let myself gain back 20+ lbs over the past year and I decided I had had enough… From Monday to today I have already lost 3 lbs! I know how to do it but it’s the sticking to it that’s so tough for me. I hate exercising and bad eating habits are so darn easy to slip back into but I am stocking the house with fruits, vegges and all those healthy foods that I do enjoy eating. I’ve started back to keeping a food and activity log and making sure to exercise everyday.
