  1. Keep the environment quiet. 

They are also overly sensitive to sounds. They easily wake up, which is likely a sign of baby sleep regression or another similar condition. It is why it is essential to keep the room free of noise. Check the fan, aircon, or the room beside your nursery room if it creates sound.

  1. Avoid feeding too much food before sleeping time. 

If already taking soft food, make sure that you let him or her take it 30 minutes or earlier before bedtime. It gives time to digest the food he or she had eaten. It makes them uneasy lying down with a full stomach.

As for moms who are breastfeeding, you can give your baby milk because your warmth comforts them enough for them to sleep.

  1. Get another place for playing. 

They might mistake it as a playtime whenever you put him or her down to bed. When it is daytime, find another place where your child could play. It could be your living room.
