Safe Catch Seasoned Tuna - Lowest Mecury brand tuna #health #fitness #smartchoices
Tuna is versatile, you can make great meals easily!  If I don’t have to cook a tuna steak, I won’t.  I have four kids, I homeschool,  I train, I have a famaily and I’m busy.  I do not have time to mess around.

I don’t particularly like getting meat out of a can, because it tends to be processed and have a lot of additives and salt.  That’s why I love Safe Catch Tuna.  It’s the only tuna that I trust for myself and my family.  Safe Catch is the brand with the lowest mercury content.  In addition it’s wild caught, has 35g of amazing healthy protein, has tons of Omega-3’s, and tastes delicious!  It’s the perfect addition to guacamole, tuna fish sandwiches, tuna salad and more!

I have used it in so many yummy recipes, and is the perfect addition to my strict low-carb lifestyle.

In fact, last month, I made a wonderful Tuna Pomodoro with Safe Catch.  It was excellent!

When I saw they came out with seasoned varieties, I had to check it out!  Cajun, garlic and herb, and more will add dimension and taste to plan tuna fish sandwiches!

I made an excellent low-carb recipe with Cajun seasoned safe catch and swiss chard, the healthiest greens available, with tons of magnesium and potassium – the perfect compliment to my low carb diet.
