The 21 Day Fix is a proven portioned controlled eating program with 30-minutes of daily exercise.  It’s how I lost most of my 80+ lbs.


Portioned controlled eating

This is a portioned controlled clean eating program.  What is clean eating?  It’s healthy fats, lean meats, whole grains, fruits, veggies and water.  You measure portions in color coded containers.  If it fits into a container, you can eat it.  It’s so easy.  It’s so manageable.  I just put my food in the fridge, and when we break for lunch, I pull it out, measure and eat.  No counting points.

It’s super easy and it’s super effective.

There are 3 plans available.

  • Weight Loss
  • Bulk Up
  • Get Ripped

Clean eating is just not for weight loss!



There are 9- proven workouts.  You would do 1 per day in this schedule.

  • Monday – Total Body Cardio (cardio with weights)
  • Tuesday – Upper Body (weights or resistance band)
  • Wednesday – Lower Body (weights or resistance band)
  • Thursday – Pilates (my fav!!)
  • Friday – Cardio
  • Saturday – DIRTY 30 (weights or resistance band)
  • Sunday – Yoga

The program lasts 21 days.  In 21 days, I lost 13.6 lbs!!!!!
